We’re Hiring: Diesel Technician
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and transmissions
- Service and repair light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks as well as motorhomes
- Perform detailed safety and performance inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
- Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Participate in ongoing technical training and pursue Master ASE Diesel Truck Certification
- Service and repair light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks as well as motorhomes

What You Bring
- 5+ years of diesel repair and fleet maintenance experience or Associates Degree from accredited tech school
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, hydraulics, and vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right
- Current ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain) — EVT or manufacturer-specific training a plus
- Valid CDL C license
- High school diploma or associate degree preferred
- Must be able to commute to Santee, CA
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, hydraulics, and vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right
